Have you extended your returns over the Christmas period?
NOMI offers a 14-day returns policy from the date of purchase.
For the Christmas period, exchanges are accepted outside the 14-day window up to 15th January.
To request an exchange outside the 14 days, please email hello@nomi.ie. Enquiries will be responded to once the team returns on 5th January.
Refunds outside the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the final shipping date before Christmas?
The final cut-off for pre-Christmas delivery is 12pm on Monday, 22nd December.
How can I make a return?

My order arrived but doesn’t fit — can I exchange it?
NOMI pieces are produced in limited quantities and exchanges are not generally offered.
Exchanges may be facilitated where stock allows. Please email hello@nomi.ie with your order number and the size you wish to exchange to.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free An Post delivery is available on orders over €170.
For orders under €170:
An Post (2–4 working days)
€6.50
DPD (1 working day)
€8.00
(Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.)
There is a fault with my item — what should I do?
Please email hello@nomi.ie with your order number and a clear photo of the fault. The issue will be reviewed by the NOMI Team.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Sold-out items are not guaranteed to be restocked.
Customers can sign up on the product page to receive an email notification if an item becomes available again.
Can dresses be taken up if needed?
Yes. Dresses can be altered. The fabrics alter well, and standard hem adjustments can be carried out by a tailor.

Can I return items directly to the Galway fulfilment centre?
Returns cannot be accepted directly at the fulfilment centre.
