How To Return

We hope you love your NOMI pieces and cherish them for years to come, but if for any reason you need to to initiate a return:

  1. Have your email address ready that you used to purchase and make sure you are within your 14 day return window
  2. Click the button below and enter the email address you used when placing your order
  3. You'll receive a verification code to this email address
  4. Enter the code on the login page to access your order details
  5. Once logged in, you can easily submit your return through your NOMI account

After you have submitted your return and we have approved your return request, you will receive emails from us with instructions on where to send your goods back to complete your return. Scroll down to find out more about our returns policy.

Returns Policy
Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items purchased beyond this period are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Simply click here to access your NOMI account to start a return. Enter the email you used to place your order with us. Once logged in, you'll be able to process your return via your Nomi account.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, including the original polybag with the swing tag and return tag attached. Items showing signs of wear, such as make-up or tan marks, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Identification

Include your full name and order number in the return package to help us identify your order.

Non-Sellable Items

We reserve the right to reject returns if the items are not in a sellable condition.

Product Issues

If there are any issues with your product upon arrival, contact us at hello@nomi.ie so we can address your concerns.

Returns Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

We cannot accept returns on hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
